• Initial Assessment: we analyze your blood panel, diet history, DEXA scan, and personal goals.
• Follow-Up: either weekly or bi-weekly, we adjust, tailor, and fine-tune your plan to maximize results.
• Quarterly Reassessment: we analyze your progress with a new blood panel and DEXA scan, using scientific data to adjust your program.
